Pat is one of the founding members of Sun Valley Real Estate, LLC. Active in the Sun Valley area real estate market since 1976, Pat�s combines a thorough understanding of the local market with integrity and detailed follow up to insure a smooth closing of each transaction for her clients.
After attending the University of California at Berkeley and receiving both her BS and MBA in Business, Pat worked for the Chancellor of University of California in San Francisco as an in-house consultant. Pat gained invaluable experience in negotiations and development of mutually beneficial solutions while working closely with both the university administration and the medical/ teaching staffs to develop and implement a comprehensive two year study of time usage and management.
Fulfilling their dream of integrating their love of the outdoors with their careers, Pat and her husband Dennis, moved to Sun Valley and began their real estate practice in 1976. Pat is passionate about hiking, skiing, and backpacking and living in our mountain community. Pat brings to her clients the ability to translate their dreams into their special home in the valley. Her experience of professionally representing purchasers and sellers of development property, residential and ranch properties throughout the valley with insure that each client is well represented.
